A new captain takes the wheel at the City of Knox’s longest-standing real estate agency, with the leadership baton being passed on to Adrian Goegan.

Coronis Boronia announced the appointment of Mr Goegan as its new leader, an industry top performer and licensed estate agent.

He will take the reins from Adam Flynn, who has helmed the agency alongside his work as Victorian state director for Coronis.

As the business continues to experience significant growth throughout its half-century history in eastern Melbourne, Mr Flynn is thrilled to pass on the torch to a close acquaintance.

“Adrian has been an industry top performer for many years. This business has strong roots in the City of Knox having been established as a real estate premises over 50 years ago and Adrian’s individual performance combined with his strong leadership qualities made this the correct decision for the business’s progression and growth,” he stated.

Since joining the industry, Mr Flynn highlighted that Mr Goegan has risen to be a leading agent in the City of Knox due to his “dedication, commitment to delivering for his clients and natural leadership abilities”.

With many years of experience within the company, Mr Goegan expressed his eagerness for the opportunity to “lead the business into the next chapter of our growth journey” along a “supportive network and amazing team.”

“This great business has established strong roots in the Knox community and surrounds over decades of years of proven results and we look forward to continuing our growth for many years to come,” he stated.

The handing of the leadership role comes at a time when Coronis is rapidly expanding throughout the country, with the network hinting at the addition of office locations in Victoria to be announced shortly.

In 2022, the network also saw rapid expansion in the state with the announcement of the opening of new outfits in Beaconsfield, Mitcham and Dandenong back in August, which put Coronis well ahead of its goals of boasting 25 offices in Victoria within five years.

Notably, the business has also made strategic moves to secure a bigger market share in Tasmania, in line with its vision of “becoming the largest property services provider in the Asia Pacific region.”
