Three of the network’s leading offices in Sydney’s eastern suburbs have united under one banner to strengthen their services in the region.

“It’s strength in numbers,” declares Imran Hamidi, principal at the newly formed Laing+Simmons East group, established through a combination of the network’s offices in Potts Point, Bondi Junction, and Kingsford. He added that the move will combine the teams’ collective personnel, resources, expertise, systems, and administrative functions.

As a result of the move, the group has “bolstered the strength of [its] services” it offers customers while simultaneously broadening the reach and scale of the outfit, strengthening both client results and the team environment.

Mr Hamidi explained the new model opens the door for “cross-office referrals, access to different expertise and skill sets, vastly expanded databases of buyers and sellers, collaborative campaigns, and additional tools and systems to ensure our agents are empowered with the best resources available.”

According to the principal, establishing the new group allows the East group to “offer a complete scale of market coverage unmatched in this competitive region,” which he believes benefits both current and prospective clients of the region.

Network chief executive officer, Leanne Pilkington, said the new group has been founded on the principles of “arming themselves with every possible outcome and seeking every possible advantage” to assist delivering strong customer outcomes.

She branded the new team as “formidable” due to the “combined experience, knowledge, and talent in the Potts Point, Bondi Junction, and Kingsford offices,” which she added were “the ideal complement to each other.”

Mr Hamidi concurs, noting “the strategy is detailed, but the principle is simple.”

“We will leverage our unmatched coverage of the eastern suburbs real estate landscape to generate the outcome that best suits our customers,” he said, concluding that “the customer’s needs guide our every action.”

The tri-office alliance is the latest move made by Laing+Simmons this year and follows the brand’s entrance into Sydney’s inner west and the city’s bustling north-western corridor. Moreover, the network attracted a leading commercial agent into a newly established office earlier last month.
