The Agency adds to Central Coast presence

With deep roots in Toukley, Clint Harris wanted to ensure the brand he aligned with would be a good fit for the surrounding community.

The agent credits the example his mum and dad set as the proprietors of local surf shop Beachin Surf for more than 40 years.

“The role my Mum and Dad play in the community has motivated me to provide the best experience possible for buyers and sellers,” he said. 

And though he’s lived elsewhere, he’s quick to tout the area’s exceptionalism.

“I’m a proud Toukley local, and I love connecting people to our stunning beach lifestyle and endless possibilities. Having lived throughout New South Wales, nowhere else compares to the quality of life on the coast,” Mr Harris commented.

The specialist in developments and luxury property counts himself a third-generation Toukley resident, and will continue to service the area with his colleagues Jeremy Smith and Vishal Anand.

Matt Lahood, CEO of Real Estate at The Agency, said Clint’s local knowledge and passion for the community made him a great fit for the brand.

“Clint is a highly driven and proficient real estate professional who lives and breathes Toukley and the surrounding area,” Mr Lahood said.

Mr Harris agreed there was a lot of synergy between his ethos and The Agency’s method of working.

And the agent expressed his faith not only in the new brand with which he’d formed an alliance but also in the promise of the market he knows so well.

“Looking ahead, I see a strong future for the area, which has huge growth potential”.

Mr Harris’ addition will help the brand continue on its current growth trajectory, which is making steady gains even in testing conditions.

In March, the network revealed its half-year results, which included increases in its number of agents and total market share. At the time, The Agency boasted 412 agents operating under its banner — a 19 per cent jump over the previous period.
