Richardson and Wrench keeps it local

By Staff Reporter 27 August 2009 | 7 minute read

Richardson and Wrench Armidale are giving money away in a bid to lift the number of ‘for sale’ properties they have on their books.

Under the new ‘Community 1000’ charity campaign, the real estate will donate $1000 to a local not-for-profit organisation every time someone lists and sells their property through the agent.

So far, the RSPCA, a local public school and the New England Regional Art Museum have been the beneficiaries of the campaign.

The real estate’s principal Peter Cooke said he had written to 120 local organisations to encourage them to register to receive funds.
