Belle Property has revealed it will be extending its reach to the “key regional area”.

Kari Maitz and Ronelle Gersbach have been announced as joining together as co-principals and lead agents for the new Belle outpost in Australia’s highest city.

For Ms Gersbach, “Belle Property has a reputation for premium service and exceptional results. Kari and I can’t wait to deliver that high standard of bespoke care and excellence to Armidale.”

“Our clients can expect access to a deep pool of local property knowledge and a passionate team who are willing to go above and beyond.”

“We can’t wait to bring the ‘Belle Property Difference’ to the area and start helping clients achieve outstanding outcomes, whether buying, selling, investing or renting,” she commented.

Belle Property’s CEO, Peter Hanscomb, has welcomed the news of the team’s office launch, sharing how “Kari, Ronelle and Jonathan are hard-working professionals with a passion for success and high-quality service.”

“They can now tap into the vast resources of our head office team, together with our extensive training and support, to ensure Belle Property Armidale is a success,” he stated.

Belle Property also flagged that the team would have the capacity to amplify Armidale on a national stage.

It’s the latest in a string of new office openings for the network.

Back in January, the brand revealed its plans to take a bigger slice of the Sunshine Coast market, having acquired North Shore Realty’s offices to unveil Belle Property Marcoola and Belle Property Coolum.

It has also entered the Maryborough market on the Fraser Coast in 2023, as well as adding a new base in Moreton Bay.
