The network has announced its latest office will be opened in one of the nation’s fastest growing residential pockets, Narellan.

The latest outfit will be led by principal Shaun Pereira, of Century 21 Pereira Group, who joined the network in 2020 with the opening of his first network office in nearby Harrington Park. Following a string of promising results across the Macarthur region, Mr Pereira made the decision to expand his reach into Narellan, 60 kilometres from Sydney’s central business district.

As part of the bustling south-west Sydney corridor, which is expected to grow by a further 1 million residents in the next two years, Narellan has been earmarked as a region brimming with potential for the real estate industry.

With the local community radiating with a family-friendly appeal, the region possesses several state-of-the-art amenities, including a major town centre and exceptional roads which connect it seamlessly to nearby employment nodes around Liverpool and Campbelltown, as well as wider Sydney.

The region’s median home price is approximately $815,000, which is down over 8 per cent over the last year as part of the wider housing downturn, while median weekly rents sit at around $540.

Mr Pereira said the decision to expand his network was facilitated by the support of the Century 21 team, which, since his arrival, have allowed him to focus on his specialty — “listing and selling”.

James Bell, chief executive officer of Century 21 Australia, heralded Mr Pereira’s business expansion, stating, “it has been fantastic to see Century 21 Pereira Group thrive since joining our network, particularly because they have embraced the tools and resources that have been made available to them”.

He noted the network’s focus on developing a strong support network which in turn ensures franchisees “have everything they need to manage and grow their businesses”.

Moving forward, Mr Pereira hopes to continue making his mark in the real estate industry, particularly to his clients in Narellan and Harrington Park.

It’s the latest in a string of new office openings by the franchise group.

Just last month, Century 21 Summit opened in the western Sydney suburb of Toongabbie, under the watchful eye of Chris Papantoniou.
