The agency’s newest network manager joins following a successful stint as managing director of a Box Hill office.

Bishnu Rimal, who assumes the position, has been heralded by Raine & Horne executive chairman Angus Raine as someone “who brings valuable recent sales experience to our team in the field”.

In his role as network manager, Mr Rimal will focus primarily on the brand’s expansion throughout the booming western Sydney region. He is the sixth senior executive to arrive at the network’s corporate office this quarter.

Not only an adept salesman, Mr Rimal brings a wealth of IT experience to the position, a facet of his professional development celebrated by Mr Raine.

“Even better, before his career in real estate, Bishnu had a background in IT and technology, making him an asset to our organisation as we continue to launch and expand our ecosystem of technology firsts such as AI-powered digital marketing platform, Amplify, and our first to market online proposal tool,” Mr Raine explained.

Alongside his technological expertise, Mr Rimal spent a stint as a regional vice president of a multinational market firm, highlighting his vast experience across several key industries.

He stressed his passion for “delivering exceptional client results”, adding he “understands that results matter”.

“My role is all about working closely with our offices to achieve the best possible outcomes,” Mr Rimal noted.

“This means applying my leadership, technology savvy, and marketing skills innovatively to exceed the expectations of the principals I’ll be supporting,” he said.

A Raine & Horne press release outlined Mr Rimal would focus on fostering the growth and advancement of both current and potential business owners in western Sydney. He believes his experience in the Hills district will help him “provide support at the grassroots level for our offices”.

Mr Rimal’s arrival at the network coincides with a period of “exponential growth” at Raine & Horne, Mr Raine explained.

With the agency expecting an influx of 20 new offices in both Australia and New Zealand by Christmas, the network executive believes that “it is crucial that we maintain our high level of service for our existing network of over 300 partners”.

“We are preparing for increased real estate activity and, as a result, we have strengthened our marketing department,” he said, before sharing that the network is “growing our business support and development team by bringing in new talent”.
