The real estate brand’s new Mermaid outfit will cement its presence in south-east Queensland.
Belle Property Palm Beach has expanded its offerings with the launch of a new outlet on the southern Gold Coast. With the brand predicting a reach “from Mermaid Beach right through to Coolangatta,” optimism is in the air for the team at Belle Property Mermaid.
Located just over an hour south of Brisbane, Mermaid Beach is a popular base for locals and urbanites alike. Rhys Wildermoth, principal of Belle Property Palm Beach, expressed enthusiasm at “the opportunity to service even more buyers and sellers in this fast-paced and sought-after area in south-east Queensland”.
“Having a stronger presence allows endless opportunities, and we expect buyers and sellers will respond favourably to this extended reach,” Mr Wildermoth stated.
Having lived in the southern Gold Coast since the mid-1990s, the Belle Property principal and former sales consultant reported he is keen to expand the team.
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb expressed support for the network’s latest expansion, sharing: “It is exciting to see multi-award-winning sales agent and Belle Property Palm Beach principal Rhys Wildermoth extend his reach to the Mermaid Beach and Mermaid Waters area.”
Mr Wildermoth will be joined at the helm by colleague Trevor Egan, a former Brisbane resident and now Mermaid local.
“As a hard worker who has achieved record sale prices throughout the Gold Coast, Trevor is the right person to lead our new office in this exciting step forward for our business,” shared Mr Wildermoth.
He added: “Trevor is knowledgeable and supportive about all facets of real estate in the Mermaid area and is a powerful resource for buyers and sellers alike. He has a unique understanding of the area and surrounding neighbourhoods, and we can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in this important market.”
Belle Property Mermaid will service the suburbs of Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters and Miami, complementing the branch’s established presence in the Palm Beach area.
The Mermaid expansion comes off the back of several recent Queensland ventures from Belle Property, with Bribie Island and Caloundra recently added to the brand’s arsenal.
