Domain.com.au has launched an online inspection planner which puts an agent’s details next to their respective property listings.
The inspection planner allows potential buyers to plot the properties they’re looking at, create a list of open-for-inspection times according to their order of viewing on any given day, and get directions between each open property, which allows them to squeeze more viewings into a day.
This is the third, recently-released innovation from Domain.com.au, after the launch last week of Radar lifestyle search – which allows house hunters and renters to search for a property according to its proximity to amenities such as public transport, primary schools, sporting facilities or restaurants.
