A 17-year industry veteran has launched his own real estate service offering across the region.

Lincoln Scott is at the helm of Linc Property, a long-term idea that came to fruition earlier this month.

According to a statement unveiling the brand, the agency’s aim is to deliver expert knowledge, proven real estate advice, and a sale or purchasing experience that’s “second to none”.

Having managed offices and built out teams over the years, Mr Scott admits he has “always had a vision” to start his own business.

“Now the time just feels right,” he said.

And he’s now making that dream possible via a mobile agency, able to meet its clients “at a time and location that suits them”.

“People are busy and their time is in short supply, so this will be a mobile agency with a network and support like no other,” he shared.

Servicing suburbs such as Beaconsfield, Berwick, Officer, Pakenham, Narre Warren and surrounding suburbs, Mr Scott’s experience has been garnered over time spent across boutique brands, family agencies and big-name businesses.

No matter the branding, Mr Scott explained that he has “always seen real estate as a way to help people”.

“Whether they’re buying or selling, it’s a way to assist people as they move forward with their plans.”

Having partnered with Agents’Agency on the endeavour, Mr Scott said assistance with back of house tasks and support was a “key” reason for his decision to partner with the group, alongside “the feel of the network”.

“I actually met AgentsAgency founders Manos and Maria about six years ago and felt a connection,” Mr Scott reflected.

“You really feel that this is a network where people want to help and support you.”

Beyond that, the business owner is of the belief that the network’s reach will benefit his clients when it comes to marketing their properties.

Looking to the future, Mr Scott has already set his sights on building out a team and staring up a rent roll.

In the meantime, his initial focus will be on showcasing his agency’s point of difference to the local area.

“This is the region that I grew up in; it’s an area I love and I’m truly excited to bring that local expertise and experience to the thriving community of Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.”
