A national network has added a new office in one of the harbour city’s most prestigious suburbs.

Belle Property has had a hold on the northern Sydney market for the last 10 years, and the network has just expanded its reach further with an additional Willoughby office.

Belle Property Willoughby is the most recent addition to the Belle Property group in Sydney, and will be run by the same team who heads Belle Property’s offices in Lane Cove and Hunters Hill. Belle Property Lindfield has also been brought under the same ownership.

Co-principal Simon Harrison explained that expanding to these lower north shore suburbs was a natural progression for the brand.

“There is strong buyer migration across these quality areas, all of which feature good schools and village communities.”

He added: “There is also a real spread of properties from sought-after prestige properties, waterfront and family homes to apartments, and a considerable crossover of buying, selling and leasing across the suburbs.

Willoughby and Lindfield are home to some of Sydney’s most established and affluent markets, and are historically known for being well-to-do family suburbs.

To get the strongest results, Mr Harrison and his co-principal James Bennett are combining their expertise with the local knowledge of their teams.

“The local knowledge of the team in Lindfield, who has worked in the area for seven years, will be complemented by our leadership style and approach, which has seen us recognised as one of the top five offices in the Belle Property group,” said Mr Harrison.

The two principals are confident that the crossover between their Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Lindfield and Willoughby offices will bring a new level of depth to their client services, while also sowing the seeds for future real estate leaders in the area.

Mr Bennett said: “We are looking to a future where, with the support of the head office, we can continue to grow and nurture talent across the lower and upper north shore.”

“Having worked with Simon for the last 10 years, I relish the opportunity to help mentor upcoming real estate professionals in the way he has supported me, continuing the positive culture we have been able to establish,” he said.

Mr Harrison and Mr Bennett will be joined by head of property management Ramsy Batshon.

Mr Harrison remarked: “In the property management space, Ramsy Batshon has over 20 years’ experience, and having successfully grown our property management portfolio to where it is today, we are excited to support him in building this further.”

Belle Property’s CEO, Peter Hanscomb, said that “bringing four offices under the leadership of principals Simon Harrison and James Bennett sees our brand strengthen its hold on the lower and upper north shore”.
