A new office opening will see Belle Property head to the NSW Mid-North Coast.
The network has just opened Belle Property Nambucca Heads, headed by newcomer to the brand Scott Thompson.
Having worked in the local Nambucca Heads real estate market for 10 years, Mr Thompson has most recently serviced the area as a member of the McGrath Coffs Harbour/Nambucca Heads sales team.
Mr Thompson expressed excitement about the opportunity to continue “providing quality service” to members of the community that he calls home.
“From the growing Nambucca Heads region to the somewhat forgotten paradise of Scotts Head, this is a stunning part of the world, and I intend to service the area with the level of quality and professional service that it deserves,” said Mr Thompson.
In his new role as principal of Belle Property Nambucca Heads, Mr Thompson hopes to “put the area on the map”.
“I am a passionate local and I hope that Belle Property Nambucca Heads becomes the go-to for people wanting to buy and sell in the area,” he said.
Belle Property previously established offices in the nearby areas of Lennox Head, Byron Bay and the south Gold Coast. The brand stated that the opening of Belle Property Nambucca Heads was the next step in their national expansion strategy.
“Having a young gun such as Scott join Belle Property to further expand our offering in New South Wales is incredibly exciting,” said Belle Property’s head of franchise sales, Andrew Robinson.
“Scott demonstrates all of the values we pride ourselves on at Belle, and his passion and knowledge of the Nambucca area is reflected in his past sales results,” said Mr Robinson. “We are thrilled that his is the first new Belle Property office to open this year.”
Mr Thompson was keen to make the most of the new opportunities offered by the network, explaining: “The Belle brand resonates with my values as Belle prides itself on being a leader in the industry.”
