A new office for Agency HQ expands the network into one of the country’s fastest growing areas.

Agency HQ Melbourne West represents a rebrand for the office of 15, which is led by Deepak Devaraj, Sai Allamneni and Antony Varghese.

Based in Williams Landing, the office services suburbs around Point Cook, in the municipality of Wyndham City, which is one of the largest local government areas by population and also one of Australia’s fastest growing communities.

Mr Devaraj, Mr Allamneni and Mr Varghese reported that the choice to join up with Agency HQ was unanimous, with the trio drawn to the brand’s remote model, which they felt would help them achieve sustainable growth.

Already looking to grow under Agency HQ’s umbrella, the office is planning on opening a satellite outpost in the nearby surroundings.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new office was attended by the mayor of Wyndham City, Jennie Barrera, who spoke about the need for real estate services, emphasising the substantial growth potential within her municipality as well as the rapid population expansion it has already experienced.

Agency HQ CEO Mark Morrison commented on the office leaders’ big ambitions for their business under the brand, with plans to capitalise on the growing potential of the region.

“The team’s ultimate goal is to establish four satellite offices covering West Melbourne, providing agents with the opportunity to build their own teams under the AHQ network. We are extremely proud of how they have hit the ground running,” Mr Morrison said.

He noted that the opening of the new office aligns with Agency HQs strategic vision for expansion and positions the agency as a prominent player in Victoria’s thriving real estate market.
