PRD Adamstown will serve the greater Newcastle area representing the nationwide network.

Formerly Niche Real Estate, the team reportedly decided to join the brand after gaining insight from other office heads who are a part of the network.

As the office’s business development manager Stephen Taylor explained, it was important for the team to get firsthand reviews from principals who had a history of working with PRD.

“The main factor in making the decision was the conversations had with existing PRD principals. We contacted a random selection of them before we joined and asked them their thoughts on joining up with PRD.”

According to the BDM, the feedback was positive, and two particular points caught the attention of the Adamstown team.

“Not one of them said anything negative, and there were two comments that were made by almost all of them. The first was that ‘PRD is a family’ and the second was that ‘it was the best decision we have ever made’. That was the clincher for us,” Taylor said.

He also spoke to the motivation behind seeking a brand alignment after working independently.

“As a small operator in real estate, you are limited by how much you can expand and how many clients you can help with their needs without a decrease in customer service. The attraction of PRD was that it will allow us to grow without a decrease in the quality of our service to both our existing clients and new clients,” Taylor added.

Todd Hadley, PRD’s managing director, described the Adamstown team’s decision to join the network as a feather in their cap.

“The Adamstown team joining the network is a testament to the value that PRD have to offer and the strong community and supportive culture that PRD was built on and that is still strong today,” Hadley said.

“We are elated to welcome PRD Adamstown to the network and are excited to see what this talented team achieves with PRD,” Hadley added.
