Chelsea Anderson brings extensive experience in asset management to the commercial real estate services firm.

During her 12 years in the industry, Anderson has been responsible for overseeing a diverse range of portfolios, including subregional shopping centres and management portfolios.

This marks her return to Burgess Rawson, counting them among a number of the largest global service agencies with whom she has been employed. Her impressive client list throughout those jobs includes the super fund giant ISPT among other major players in the commercial space.

In announcing her appointment, Burgess Rawson CEO Ingrid Filmer spoke to the experienced asset manager’s skill in relationship building across stakeholder types, including retailers and community members.

Her proven track record of delivering exceptional results and her commitment to excellence align perfectly with our company values,” Filmer said.

“We are confident that her strategic insights and customer-centric approach will further enhance our service offerings and drive growth.

The new role will reportedly see her leverage her expertise to optimise operational processes, enhance tenant relationships and drive sustainable growth across Burgess Rawson’s portfolio. Anderson will be based in Melbourne.

Her addition to the brand comes on the heels of a leadership shake-up with a restructuring of its equity partners.

In November 2023, the firm announced that Andrew Graham had been appointed as chairman, alongside Chris Wiese as managing director, and Brodie Keay as head of agency.

Explaining the move, Graham hinted at the firm’s expansion plans in the not-to-distant future.

“This is about giving our team more dedicated support so we can grow it even further and free up more of their time so they can spend it with valued clients and their portfolios directly”.
