Danelle Wiseman and Jonathan Pattinson are opening a new office set to specialise in project marketing and developments in the Sunshine State.
This office, Century 21 Project Partners, will service Brisbane through to the Sunshine Coast and marks the second for the husband-and-wife business owners, who already operate Century 21 Lifestyle.
Century 21 has lauded what the operators will bring to the new business, noting Wiseman brings over 30 years of experience in real estate to the table, while Pattinson has spent more than 25 years in the construction industry, as well as over a decade spent working in residential real estate.
The network noted the skill sets also brought to the table by the duo, highlighting Wiseman’s marketing acumen and approach characterised by warmth, generosity, and a reputation for building unparalleled client relationships.
Pattinson has been recognised for his strategic foresight and proven business and negotiating skills in property planning, design and construction gained through building a multimillion-dollar company.
Century 21 cited this multifaceted repertoire of skills provides a synergised and comprehensive approach to clients’ real estate requirements within a project marketing and development office environment.
