Raine & Horne is attempting to become a ‘one stop shop’ for its real estate customers by offering home and contents insurance.
The real estate’s South Australian branches will now offer the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) and Master Builders Association (MBA) endorsed insurance product.
The company’s South Australian chief executive officer, Kevin Magee, said the insurance offering was designed to ensure purchasers could buy a property and insure it immediately – giving ultimate security.
“At Raine & Horne our goal is to have long term, happy clients which in turn will lead to repeat business,” Mr Magee said.
“What our insurance offering means is that someone can purchase a house and organise a quality, value for money insurance package immediately.
“As the only real estate group in the state to offer this comprehensive new industry-led, peak body insurance option, it provides RHSA with yet another competitive edge.”
