The brand’s newest location, Century 21 Peninsula, will operate in the heart of the Central Coast under local real estate expert Lachlan Hook.

Real estate veteran Lachlan Hook brings more than 11 years of experience, over which he helmed his own boutique office and notched up high-performance sales records.

The network said throughout his career, Hook has shown commitment to achieving his clients’ goals while prioritising their satisfaction at every step of the way.

Now as the head of Century 21 Peninsula, Hook will bring his passion for client engagement and service to the residential property markets across Ettalong Beach, Umina Beach, Woy Woy, and the surrounding areas.

Hook said his decision to join the Century 21 network was motivated by the network’s forward-thinking approach to real estate, which he said was in alignment with his strategy for future business growth.

“Our vision is to be the leading real estate agency in the region, combining modern marketing, deep local knowledge, and a client-first approach,” he said.

In addition to his real estate experience, Hook also carries deep roots to the Central Coast as a third-generation local, and is an active member of the local sporting community, including the Woy Woy Rugby Club, Woy Woy Rugby League, the Bold Disability Arts, and local dance studio.

Hook said he will use his deep familiarity with the Central Coast market to break new ground within client service and sales results.

“We’re focused on building relationships over transactions, and with the strength of Century 21’s global brand behind us, we’re confident in delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients and community,” he said.

“The positive response from clients and the community has been truly encouraging, and we’re looking forward to what the future holds,” Hook said.

Century 21 national network manager, Ian Carter, said Hook’s expertise will be an asset for the network growth in the Central Coast.

“We are confident that his dedication and local expertise will elevate the real estate experience for clients across the Central Coast,” Carter concluded.

The new Central Coast office marks the latest addition to the Century 21 network, with the brand also recently welcoming real estate professional, Mike Drennan, as the new principal of Century 21 City based in Adelaide.
