In a strategic move to expand its presence in Sydney’s inner west, Adrian William Real Estate has merged with boutique Newtown-based agency Viewey Real Estate.
The merger brings together two well-known names in the local property market, with Viewey director Nicholas Viewey joining Adrian William as a sales agent.
Founded 20 years ago, family-owned business Viewey Real Estate has engaged in residential and leasing services throughout the inner west.
With over 20 years of experience in the inner west community, Viewey is set to boost Adrian Willam’s reach and reputation in the inner west region.
“Viewey Real Estate and Adrian William are extremely aligned,” Viewey said.
“We put a lot of thought into who we wanted to partner with, and Adrian William’s modern approach to real estate, local presence and scale matched seamlessly with the type of business we wanted to work with and introduce our clients to.”
Co-director of Adrian William, Adrian Tsavalas, said he was looking forward to starting the new partnership.
“Viewey Real Estate is another boutique agency with community at its heart, and we look forward to this exciting new chapter as a team,” he said.
Co-director William Pereira shared this sentiment, expressing that the team at Adrian Williams was fortunate to have Nicholas partner with them.
“Nick is a fantastic, humble and experienced agent,” he said.
“He’s a local through and through, and merging with Viewey real estate will increase the knowledge, experience and culture at Adrian William.”
As part of the merger, Viewey’s real estate rent roll will be integrated into the Adrian William property management.
Senior property manager, Kevin Rodriguez, who has managed the Viewey Real Estate portfolio for over seven years, will continue in his role at Adrian William, supported by the expanded resources of the team.
