LJ Hooker Cabramatta has unveiled its new office space, marking nearly 50 years of operation and signalling a new chapter of growth for the agency.

Following a recent celebratory gala, LJ Hooker Cabramatta has officially opened the doors to its brand-new office space, which will enable the agency to deliver service under director Vincent Zhang and licensee Ann Dam.

The new office space is the latest development in a period of new-found growth for LJ Hooker’s Cabramatta outpost, which was originally founded in 1976, and purchased last year by Zhang and Dam from the previous owners who had held the business since 2001.

To recognise the agency’s longstanding presence in Cabramatta, LJ Hooker Group CEO, Christine Mikhael, officially opened the new office at a gala event that was attended by federal member for Fowler, Dai Lee MP, state member for Cabramatta, Tri Vo MP, and councillors from both Fairfield and the nearby Parramatta Council.

The new office is located on Hughes Street in Cabramatta, in the area’s central business district alongside an array of culturally significant restaurants, retail outlets and community centres.

On the eve of LJ Hooker Cabramatta’s 50th year of operation, Zhang said that he was proud to continue the agency’s legacy.

“Ann and I have deep roots in the area and we are looking forward to a strong future and building something special for LJ Hooker Cabramatta,” Zhang said.

Mikhael said the opening of the new office was an opportunity to “celebrate nearly 50 years of dedication, connection and cultural pride”.

“Ann Dam, Vincent Zhang and the LJ Hooker Cabramatta team have built a business around loyalty, service and community. That was reflected in every handshake, every warm welcome, and the turnout of dignitaries, leaders and long-time supporters,” Mikhael said.

Zhang said that the team at LJ Hooker Cabramatta already have their sights firmly set on driving further growth.

“We’re proud to contribute to this growth. Our gala opening was a wonderful occasion but now the hard work begins!” he concluded.

The opening of LJ Hooker Cabramatta’s new office space marks the latest in a series of growth developments for the broader network, with LJ Hooker having already opened eight new offices across Australia and New Zealand in 2025 so far.
