A team of accomplished local agents will use their skills and insights to drive success as the joint directors of Harcourts’ latest office in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
Harcourts SAS Deer Park will be led by managing director Spencer Nguyen, alongside fellow directors Martin Vu and Andy Nguyen.
The network said that the trio’s vast experience working with other agencies enabled them to notch up a loyal client base while establishing a presence in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
The trio, who have collaborated for the past eight years, will bring their strong teamwork to the forefront as they lead the new agency.
Harcourts noted that each member of the new Deer Park outpost’s leadership team will focus on a different part of agency management and use their specialised insights to drive multifaceted success for the new office.
With 12 years of real estate experience, Spencer Nguyen was described as a “community-driven leader” who has used his deep local area knowledge to consistently achieve success since he built his first business at just 19 years old.
Similarly, Andy Nguyen’s aptitude for sales has led to him frequently breaking records in Melbourne’s western suburbs, which the network said helped establish his reputation as a “sales powerhouse” in the area’s market.
Rounding out the trio is Martin Vu, who is known for his interpersonal skills, has achieved success as an auctioneer and property manager, and will helm Harcourts SAS Deer Park’s property management operations moving forward.
Harcourts said that the trio’s mutual commitment to excellence and passion for building lasting client relationships has been integral to their success and was a prime driver behind their decision to join the Harcourts brand.
“We knew we wanted a brand that matched our ambition and values. Harcourts’ global presence, combined with its strong local roots, provides us with the tools, support, and culture to better serve our clients,” Andy Nguyen said.
The team of directors also noted that their multicultural backgrounds and multilingual expertise would uniquely position them to connect with Deer Park’s diverse demographic, which the trio said they were proud to be deeply rooted within.
“We don’t just work in the west; we live here. We understand the people, the culture, and the opportunities,” Martin Vu said.
While Andy Nguyen said that Harcourts SAS Deer Park is already working towards its goal of achieving sales dominance in Melbourne’s western suburbs, he shared that the team is also deeply committed to giving back to their local community.
“Our goal is to shape the future of real estate in the west, creating opportunities for local families, investors, and businesses,” Andy Nguyen said.
The CEO of Harcourts Victoria, Adam Fiteni, said he knew the brand’s values were shared by the Deer Park team from their “first discussion”, and added he was thrilled to welcome Spencer, Andy and Martin to the wider network.
“We wish them every success and will be by their side from day one,” Fiteni said.
“The Harcourts SAS Deer Park team will have the full support of the Harcourts network and will be given all the tools and support they need to build an amazing business,” he concluded.
