Stockdale & Leggo has made two senior leadership appointments that will help the brand bolster its footprint in the Melbourne market.
Stockdale & Leggo has announced the appointment of Jacqui Polak as head of property management for its central division to drive continued growth for the Melbourne agency.
Polak brings more than 14 years of industry experience, during which she has been renowned for her operational discipline, leadership skills, and ability to raise service standards while managing complex portfolios.
In her new role at Stockdale & Leggo, Polak will lead the day-to-day operations of the central division’s property management function while implementing networkwide training, development, and systems-related initiatives.
Polak said that Stockdale and Leggo’s organisational culture and forward-thinking vision for market growth were key factors in her decision to accept the new position.
“I’m excited to contribute to a business that is not only growing, but growing with purpose,” Polak said.
CEO of Stockdale & Leggo, Charlotte Pascoe, said that Polak’s appointment was part of the agency’s broader move to strengthen its leadership framework and the efficiency of its operational processes.
“With Jacqui’s expertise and focus on operational excellence, we’re better placed than ever to drive performance across all facets of the business,” Pascoe said.
“Her commitment to empowering people, refining processes, and setting high standards aligns perfectly with our ambition to lead the market in both service delivery and performance,” she added.
Alongside Polak will be the recently appointed Aaron Chuah, who will head the sales and property management operations for Stockdale & Leggo’s central division.
Throughout Chuah’s over 25 years of industry experience, he has worked as an auctioneer, strategist and business leader, and has been recognised for his ability to scale business performance while still prioritising client service.
Stockdale & Leggo noted Chuah’s results-driven approach to team leadership, stating that he will be instrumental in refining sales operations and implementing a growth mindset across the central division.
Pascoe said that Stockdale & Leggo has already observed the benefits of Chuah’s leadership since his recent entrance to the company.
“Aaron has already delivered results, not just in numbers but in building capability across the network,” Pascoe said.
With the newly appointed Polak now entering Stockdale & Leggo, Chuah said that the dual leadership structure will help to enhance alignment and execution within the company’s central division.
“This isn’t just about filling roles – it’s about building a leadership model that’s collaborative, agile, and equipped to meet the demands of an evolving market,” Chuah said.
Pascoe said that the duo of Polak and Chuah would help to enhance Stockdale & Leggo’s position in the increasingly competitive real estate landscape.
“Together, Jacqui and Aaron bring complementary strengths that position the Central division for sustained momentum,” Pascoe concluded.
