Run in support with sponsor Commonwealth Bank of Australia, the Top 50 Agents SA/NT 2025 ranking has shown that agents increased their sales figures in 2025 compared to the previous year.

The fifth annual state-based ranking recognises the top-performing agents in South Australia and the Northern Territory who set the benchmark for excellence and raised the bar for performance standards nationwide.

The ranking acknowledges that no two property markets are identical, and as such, celebrates agents who achieved high sales numbers during the 2024 calendar year by building a strong local presence and offering a tailored service to suit the preferences of vendors and buyers in their area.

The ranking and report have been published by Real Estate Business (REB), and is produced jointly with parent company Momentum Media and researched and powered by research arm Agile Market Intelligence.

The newly released data revealed the top 50 agents in SA/NT sold a total of 4,656 properties for a total of $4.6 billion during 2025, up from 4,425 properties for a combined value of $3.7 billion the previous year.

The top 50 agents sold an average of 93 properties during 2025, up from 89 in 2024. There was a decline in the number of properties sold among the top 10 agents at 120 properties, down from 139 the previous year.

The average value of residential properties sold by the top 50 agents rose 24.5 per cent year on year to $92.56 million, and 7.5 per cent across the top 10 agents to $162.7 million in 2025.

Indeed, the average sales price increased across the top 50 and top 10 agents between 2024 and 2025, with the top 50 agents having surpassed the million-dollar mark.

It rose from $934,472 to $1.08 million across the top 50 and from $1.2 million to $1.4 million across the top 10 agents, reflecting price growth across these states.

The top 50 agents secured an average of 104 property listings, up from 99 last year. However, the top 10 agents saw a decline in property listings to 134, down from 150 the previous year.

Days on market (DOM) slightly increased across the top 50 agents from 23 to 25 in 2025, with a minimal decrease in DOM among the top 10 agents, down from 21 to 20 days.

Jesse Weinberg, executive manager - head of propositions business banking at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, said: “CommBank is delighted to sponsor the Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents ranking and Top 50 Agents per state ranking, recognising outstanding achievements across the real estate industry.
