The latest addition to Raine & Horne’s Lower North Shore branch will use his two decades of local area experience to drive success in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
Raine & Horne has welcomed Justin Ferguson to its Lower North Shore franchise to strengthen the network’s sales capabilities in Sydney’s Lower North Shore market.
Ferguson began his real estate career as a stock and station agent within agricultural communities and, over the course of his career spanning more than 35 years, completed over 1,000 property transactions.
Raine & Horne said that Ferguson’s industry insights that span across residential, commercial and city sales, auctioneering, and buyer’s agency services, have all helped him become an established agent on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
Through this experience, Raine & Horne said Ferguson would bring local-level insights to its Lower North Shore franchise’s Northbridge office, where he will service Cammeray and the surrounding suburbs.
Alongside his sales based skills, Ferguson is also recognised for his interpersonal approach to client interactions, which has enabled him to maintain a referral rate of 80 per cent, while also servicing clientele that often includes multiple generations of the same families.
The network noted that Ferguson’s support of the Lower North Shore community has extended beyond the real estate sector through his annual sponsorship of the Crows Nest Festival, and work as the host and sponsor of the annual Carols by Candlelight service in Greenwich.
Principal of Raine & Horne Lower North Shore, Stuart Bourne, said that he was “thrilled” to welcome an agent of Ferguson’s calibre to his team.
Bourne said that Ferguson is already a “household name” in the Cammeray market, who previously sold some properties in the suburb as many as “five or six times over”.
“His passion for the Lower North Shore, depth of knowledge, and proven track record make him an invaluable asset – not only to our business but to the local community,” Bourne said.
After operating in the Lower North Shore market for over 23 years, Ferguson shared that his move to Raine & Horne Lower North Shore marked an “exciting new chapter” in his real estate career.
“The brand’s reputation for integrity and excellence aligns perfectly with my own values, and I look forward to continuing to serve the Cammeray community with the same dedication that has defined my career,” Ferguson said.
The new appointment marks the latest addition to the growing Raine & Horne Lower North Shore franchise which earlier this month also welcomed sales agent Maggie Mackenzie to its team.
