Torres Property has opened its brand new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Coorparoo, marking the Brisbane agency’s commitment to enhanced experience and innovation.
The organisation said the sophisticated office, which spans over 600 square metres and combines opulence and practicality, contains workspaces designed to foster collaboration, performance, and team culture.
Torres Property said the headquarters represent an ongoing investment in the agency’s people, clients, and future, inspiring productivity and elevating the client experience while supporting the agency’s long-term expansion plans.
Will Torres, director of Torres Property, said the new workspace symbolised the agency’s “growth, ambition, and relentless pursuit of excellence”.
“Every detail, from the marble reception desk to the team beanbags and industrial coffee machine, was chosen with our people in mind.”

Designed to foster collaboration and productivity, the headquarters’ ground floor was inspired by the UAE, reminiscent of a chic Dubai hotel lobby, featuring a formal lounge, coffee bar, library nook, and multiple bespoke waiting areas.
The upper level contains over 80 workstations, nine executive suites, recreational zones, and dedicated training and auction facilities.
To mark the milestone, Torres Property partnered with influencer Andrew Cumming to film an exclusive office tour, with the video garnering over 70,000 organic views on Instagram within a week.
Since its founding in 2018, Torres Property quickly became a well-known agency in Brisbane real estate, earning accolades including Queensland’s No.1 Salesperson, a Top 100 Agency in Australia.
With the opening of its new Coorparoo headquarters, the agency said it’s now poised to scale its team, enhance its services, and continue leading the market with integrity, innovation, and impact.
