Now in its fifth year, the REB Top 50 Agents WA 2025 ranking recognises the state’s top-performing agents who have set the benchmark for excellence, run in support with sponsor Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).
The annual state-based ranking and report acknowledge agents who have demonstrated high sales numbers and values and provided exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors during the 2024 calendar year.
Recognising that no two areas are the same, the ranking also identifies agents who have established a strong local presence and customised their service for their clients in their area.
The rankings data has showcased the depth of talent in Western Australia’s agents who have posted strong results by capitalising on the booming property market in Perth and regional areas of the state.
Cotality (CoreLogic) figures showed that as at 31 March 2025, Perth recorded the highest annual change in dwelling value among the capital cities at a 11.9 per cent increase, while regional Western Australia increased by 14.7 per cent, creating significant opportunities for savvy agents across the state.
The newly released ranking data reveals the top 50 agents in Western Australia sold a total of 5,069 properties for $4.7 billion in 2025, a marked increase from the 4,106 properties sold for $3.5 billion the previous year, according to newly released data.
The top 50 agents sold an average of 101 properties for $95.2 million in 2025, compared to 82 properties for $70.9 million the previous year.
While the number of properties sold declined among the top 10 agents at 83 properties compared to 104 the previous year, the value of properties sold increased at $143 million, up from $134 million in 2024.
Indeed, the average sales price also increased among both the top 50 and top 10 agents, reflecting the rising property prices in the state. The average sale price for the top 50 agents rose by 18.8 per cent year on year to $1.27 million in 2025, and by almost 13.7per cent to $1.79 million for the top 10 agents.
Days on market (DOM) improved across the board, with both the top 50 and top 10 agents taking fewer days on average to sell a property. DOM among the top 50 agents dropped from 28 in 2024 to 24 days in 2025, while the top 10 agents experienced a sharper improvement from 35 days in 2024 to 27 in 2025.
The top 50 agents secured 121 property listings on average in 2025, up from 86 properties the previous year. Meanwhile, the top 10 agents secured fewer listings than in 2024 (97 down from 120 in 2024).
For the fifth consecutive year and since the inception of this ranking, Vivien Yap, principal of Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont, has ranked first in the state.
Eric Hartanto, director of Hartanto Properties, moved to second place, having ranked third in the 2024 ranking, while Daniel Gonzalez, director of Realty Lane, placed third this year.
