Harcourts Connections has announced the opening of three new offices, reinforcing its dedication to the community and showcasing the agency’s steady growth under its dynamic leadership team.
Harcourts Connections’ expansion aims to deliver an enhanced real estate experience for clients in the Moreton Bay region, allowing for further accessibility and innovation.
The network said the offices in Burpengary, North Lakes and Margate are strategically positioned with the needs of particular communities in mind.
The agency said the vision and expertise of business owner and principal, Robbie Lofaro, and co-owner, Zac Baker, were at the centre of the expansion.
Lofaro said the “significant milestone” was about being present where the clients needed the agency the most.
“We are passionate about delivering world-class real estate services and helping individuals and families achieve their property dreams,” he said.
Lofaro said the team’s commitment to delivering “exceptional service” has been the driving force behind the expansion.
“Each new office represents an opportunity to better serve our community by connecting people with the right real estate solutions tailored to their needs,” he said.
Harcourts Queensland CEO, Andrew Friebe, described the agency’s growth as “impressive and inspiring”.
“Their commitment to their clients and community sets an example for what sustainable growth looks like in the real estate industry,” Friebe said.
“These new offices will undoubtedly continue to exemplify their standard of excellence,” he continued.
The three-office expansion comes after Harcourts International unveiled a restructured leadership team, with former co-owner and director Paul Wright stepping aside after four decades with the company.
Additionally, several Australian tenured leaders within the network have been taking ownership of the company, collaborating to drive further growth for the brand on a global scale.
The restructuring also includes several personnel at Harcourts International extending their ownership stake in the company, and several high-ranking Australasian personnel also assuming ownership stakes in the agency.
