Stockdale & Leggo has returned to Ballarat, establishing a new office in the region in a bid to implement its growth strategy in key regional markets.

Daniel Nestor, a respected local agent with 20 years in the industry, has taken charge of operations as principal and director after thorough research and consideration.

The office has already proven successful in sales and property management, with more than 20 sales completed by Nestor and his team in the first month since launching.

According to Stockdale and Leggo, Nestor’s consistent performance, leadership, and connection to the Ballarat community will prove invaluable to the agency.

The partnership will unify mutual values, a vision for growth and an understanding of the region.

“To bring Stockdale & Leggo back to Ballarat is a privilege. It’s a brand built on integrity, performance and long-term relationships – all the things I’ve built my own career on,” Nestor said.

Nestor said the decision to open the office is more than simply a business move, but a personal one, as he began his career with Stockdale & Leggo back in 2006.

The agency said the move was part of a broader strategy to expand into “key regional markets by partnering with high-performing leaders who bring both strong local insight and entrepreneurial ambition”.

Stockdale & Leggo CEO, Charlotte Pascoe, praised Nestor as someone who entails “the kind of leadership that elevates our entire brand”.

“He knows the market, he knows the people, and he knows what it takes to deliver results with integrity. We’re proud to support his return to where it all began,” she said.

Stockdale & Leggo said that Nestor is known for his capacity to lead in different market conditions, prioritising market intelligence, strong team culture, and a commitment to community relationships and client outcomes.

He is backed by an experienced team, which includes Celeste Giles as sales consultant, Jessica Stevenson as head of property management, and Sarah Capuano as office manager.

Stockdale & Leggo said the Ballarat office, which is now fully operational, is focused on delivering results for clients and the region while leading with integrity, performing with consistency, and contributing meaningfully to local growth.
