Real Estate Business is pleased to reveal this year’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking.

The top 50 women in real estate sold $9.6 billion worth of properties during the 2024 calendar year, according to new data.

Real Estate Business (REB) has released the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking, which identifies the top-performing female agents who have achieved strong sales numbers in their local area.

Run in partnership with its sponsor Managed, the 10th annual ranking champions women who have excelled despite operating in a challenging market, as economic uncertainty, rising property prices, and mortgage stress impact buyers.

The ranking data revealed that in 2025, the top 50 women in real estate sold a total of 4,991 properties, up from 4,184 properties sold in 2024. The top 10 women also increased the number of properties sold in 2025 at 1,294 properties, up from 1,064 the previous year.

Indeed, the top 50 women sold an average of 100 properties for $192 million, while the top 10 women sold 129 properties for an average of $333 million in 2025. This is an increase from the previous year’s 84 and 106 properties sold among the top 50 and top 10 women, respectively.

Days on market (DOM) saw mild improvements among the top 50 women from 33 in 2024 to 32 in 2025, while DOM remained stable across the top 10 women at 31 days.

Interestingly, the average sales price took a hit in 2025 at $2.2 million, down from $2.4 million in 2024 across the top 50 women. Meanwhile, the top 10 women saw an increase in average sales price, rising from $2.5 million in 2024 to $2.8 million in 2025.

A range of states were represented in the top 10 spots, with agents from NSW, Victoria, Western Australia, and South Australia.

Jennifer Carr, principal of Louis Carr Real Estate, took the top spot in the ranking, followed by Helen Yan, director of Ray White Balwyn. Carla Fetter, director of Jellis Craig Stonnington, placed third.

Rohith George, COO at Managed, said: “The Top 50 Women in Real Estate is one of the most important rankings of the year. Managed is proud to partner with REB in recognising the women who are at the forefront of our incredible Australian profession.”

“It is our privilege to provide the tech that powers so many outstanding female property managers and principals, and we are honoured to have the opportunity to recognise the Top 50 Women across the industry as a whole. We would like to congratulate everyone who made the cut this year and thank everyone who participated,” George said.

Liam Garman, managing editor of Real Estate at Momentum Media, congratulated the top 50 women on their stellar results.

“The women featured in this year’s ranking have not only outperformed in a shifting market, but have set new benchmarks for what excellence looks like in Australian real estate. Their ability to grow volumes, build trust, and lead in complex conditions is a testament to their skill and resilience,” Garman said.

"This ranking is more than a list – it’s a reflection of leadership, service, and success in action. Congratulations to each of the top 50 for a well-earned result.”
