Harcourts Queensland has announced the opening of Harcourts Evolution under a respected real estate expert, solidifying its commitment to growth and exceptional service.
Harcourts Queensland has announced a new Brisbane office, Harcourts Evolution, under veteran real estate agent Ratio Rajput, who brings over a decade of experience to the role.
Based in Eight Mile Plains, Harcourts Evolution will service Brisbane suburbs including Sunnybank, MacGregor, Runcorn, Upper Mount Gravatt, and surrounding areas.
The network said Rajput has consistently led with vision and purpose after co-founding her first real estate office with partner Shane Shaikh more than four years ago.
Their team expanded to more than 20 members before the pair joined the Harcourts brand in 2024.
Rajput’s successes include selling more than 70 properties valued at $44.5 million in just the past year.
Harcourts said her 57 five-star client reviews reflected her dedication to her profession and her commitment to delivering exceptional results and service.
