Victorians will be able to receive tailored in-house financial solutions, including lending support and advice, following a partnership between the OBrien Real Estate franchise group and mortgage brokerage Blank Financial.
The companies expect the partnership will support buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and agents across the state through the delivery of a number of financial services in one location.
Stavros Ambatzidis, corporate director and co-founder of OBrien Real Estate, explained that the partnership would help keep buyers and sellers informed while offering more holistic services.
“Partnering with Blank Financial is a natural step in our mission to provide a complete and simplified experience for our clients,” he said.
“It’s about empowering people with the right support and tools to make informed property decisions, while staying true to our shared values of trust, care and community.”
Both companies highlighted that they would continue to support the community through philanthropic activities.
It is expected that the partnership will make it easier to navigate property, Bernard Desmond, director at Blank Financial, explained.
“We’re excited to join forces with OBrien Real Estate – a brand that aligns perfectly with our customer-first approach and passion for community,” he added. “Together, we’re making it easier for people to navigate the property and finance landscape with confidence.”
It comes just months after OBrien expanded their network leadership with the appointment of Andrew Martin as strategic growth adviser and head of auctions.
Martin joined the network following a career spanning both media and the property market, having held senior roles at Fairfax and News Corp before founding his own auction business.
Previously, Martin was also the chief operating officer at Noel Jones Real Estate, and senior manager, network development growth, and state senior auctioneer at Ray White.
