Harcourts South Australia has announced Nicole Price as its new Property Operations Manager, bringing extensive industry experience to the position.

Price commences the new role immediately and has already begun connecting with offices across the state.

Harcourts said Price’s background in real estate would be an asset for the network, as her experience spans property management, business development, staff leadership, and sales coordination.

“Having honed her skills in customer service and corporate training, Nicole is highly regarded for providing structured, well-researched solutions with a personal and approachable touch,” it said.

Price was born and raised in South Australia, with Harcourts stating that she has a deep connection to the local community and a sound understanding of the state’s property market.

The firm added that she had earned loyal relationships among clients and colleagues alike through her attention to detail and clear communication.

“Nicole holds a certificate IV in real estate and embraces the Harcourts brand with pride and commitment,” it said.

“She is eager to contribute her passion and expertise to the South Australian network.”

Harcourts Australia’s head of property management, Karmen Costigan, said Price was an ideal fit for the role, given her vast industry knowledge and approachable leadership style.

“We are confident she will enhance the already strong culture and performance of our South Australian network,” Costigan said.

Harcourts South Australia CEO, Heather Edwards, similarly said Price brought an “incredible energy, professionalism, and a wealth of knowledge” to the role.

“Her dedication to both clients and colleagues aligns with the Harcourts’ mission to provide exceptional experiences. I know she will be a key driver of success within our network,” Edwards said.

Price said Harcourts South Australia and the real estate industry in general were about “building communities and long-lasting relationships”.

“I am so looking forward to supporting our talented teams and working together to deliver outstanding service outcomes across the state,” she said.

“It’s an exciting time for the South Australian property market, and I’m proud to be part of a brand that’s synonymous with excellence,” she concluded.
