Regan & Co has rebranded as Century 21 Aspire Group, joining the Century 21 network to boost regional growth, global exposure, and meet rising overseas buyer demand.
Moreton Bay real estate business Regan & Co has joined Century 21 Australia, as the network seeks to solidify its national and global reach.
Led by local agents Trent and Kal Regan, Regan & Co has rebranded as Century 21 Aspire Group, with offices in Narangba and North Lakes.
Trent brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience to the network, while Kal has been recognised for her success as one of Queensland’s few licensed female auctioneers.
Century 21 Australia said the pair’s office was ranked among the region’s highest performers, fuelled by a people-first approach and a deep understanding of the local market.
Trent said that Century 21’s agent support and people-first approach had been key factors in driving the rebranding.
“Century 21 stood out not just for these values, but for the strength and reach of its international brand,” he said.
He stated that the decision to join the network also followed shifting buyer trends in the region, as well as Century 21’s global reach, particularly in Asia.
“In the past few years, we’ve seen a major increase in enquiries from interstate and overseas, particularly India,” he said.
“It became clear that aligning with a national and globally recognised brand would help us better achieve our business goals,” he added.
The network also recently announced its expansion into India, following the acquisition of the master franchise rights for India and the UAE.
Trent said the acquisitions gave the franchise an edge, enabling better opportunities for foreign buyers.
“Our listings now have direct exposure to those markets, and we can offer foreign buyers reassurance through Century 21’s presence in their home countries,” he said.
For Trent, additional office locations are on the horizon as he plans to expand further in the region.
Century 21 chairman, Charles Tarbey, said the partnership would significantly benefit the brand’s growth in Queensland, and praised Trent’s strong local reputation and clear vision for expansion.
“His background as an aircraft engineer means he’s exceptionally forward-thinking when it comes to systems and technology,” he said.
“We’re proud to welcome Trent and his team to the Century 21 family and are excited to support their next phase of growth across Queensland,” Tarbey concluded.
