Belle Property has announced a new South Brisbane office, offering multilingual service and a client-first approach to meet rising demand in the city’s most connected and family-friendly suburbs.
Belle Property has unveiled a new office in the Brisbane suburb of Parkinson, under the leadership of local Principal Gonnie Nahar.
Nahar, who has been living in the area for over two decades, brings 12 years of experience to the role, along with local connections.
The network said Nahar’s extensive industry knowledge, personal connection to the area, and honest approach to real estate will be an asset to the new office.
Additionally, the principal is also a polyglot, fluent in four languages, including English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi, catering to Brisbane’s multicultural population.
He said his decision to join Belle Property was a result of its national and international reputation, as well as its client-first approach, which aligns with his values.
“It’s about growth, excellence, and doing right by the people we serve,” he said.
Additionally, Nahar said he is driven to exceed client expectations, a motivation that fuels his ambition to achieve lasting success.
“Our aim is to become the number one agency in the area by focusing on client satisfaction, not just with results, but through genuine service and community connection,” he said.
Belle Property said that the new office in Parkinson offers an ideal blend of tranquillity and urban convenience, with access to the CBD and major freeways, which will help service the surrounding suburbs.
“The area remains well-connected while retaining a peaceful, family-friendly feel and is known for its quality schools, gyms, and retail precincts, appealing to a broad demographic, from growing families to busy professionals,” it said.
“Offering frequent public transport services, strong community spirit, and access to essential amenities, this area stands out as one of Brisbane’s most desirable places to live.”
The network said that it was an ideal time for people to list their properties, given that buyer demand has been accelerating due to falling interest rates and the availability of new government grants.
Belle Property head of state Queensland, David Holmes, said Nahar’s expertise in the industry made him a perfect fit for the network.
“Gonnie’s deep community roots, consistent results, and commitment to excellence make him an outstanding addition to the Belle Property network,” Holmes said.
“His real estate values and dedication to going the extra mile for his clients align perfectly with our own approach to real estate, and we’re confident Belle Property Parkinson will become a standout in Brisbane’s south,” he concluded.
