BresicWhitney has announced the return of an established Sydney eastern suburbs agent after nearly a decade, as the network aims to boost its local market presence and reinforce its legacy.
Paddington real estate agent Catherine Dixon will be returning to BresicWhitney after almost a decade as the property group seeks to deliver on its ambitions for growth.
The firm said Dixon, a trusted and sophisticated agent, would bring strong local insight, a consistent track record, and a large skill set driven by her experience and a bachelor’s degree in arts, law, and architecture.
Joining Dixon will be sales agents and team members William Hesketh and Kane Dunkley.
Hesketh is also making a return to BresicWhitney, having begun his real estate career with the firm nine years ago, while Dunkley has worked alongside Dixon for years.
“Catherine, William and Kane are recognised leaders within the tightly held Paddington market,” the network said.
“Their return cements BresicWhitney’s longstanding connection to the area – strengthening both the brand’s legacy and its ambitions for the future.”
BresicWhitney CEO, Thomas McGlynn, said the return of the high-performing team in one of Australia’s most coveted suburbs would benefit the network’s growth expansion.
“Their decision to join BresicWhitney signals our shared intent to continue leading the Paddington market; deepening our local legacy that spans over two decades,” he said.
“It’s a pleasure to welcome them to BresicWhitney, at a time of considered growth, shaped by the calibre and ambition of our people,” he added.
Dixon said that the decision to return to BresicWhitney was based on the brand’s strength and values, as well as its focused strategy and team culture.
“It also reflects the evolution BresicWhitney has undergone over the last decade, and its commitment to truly leading the Sydney property landscape,” she concluded.
