Jellis Craig has expanded its leadership team in Port Phillip, appointing two seasoned directors as part of its broader strategy to boost local performance and grow its national presence.
Jellis Craig Albert Park has announced the appointments of directors Simon Jones and Gerald Betts, leveraging decades of experience and expanding the network’s regional reach.
Bringing 30 years of experience selling homes in the area, Betts said his priority was communication and building strong relationships with vendors.
“The power of Jellis Craig’s network is nothing short of outstanding, and I look forward to making use of their open and shared database for the benefit of my clients,” he said.
Jellis Craig’s Port Phillip directors, Warwick Gardiner, Simon Gowling, and Sam Hobbs, said they were looking forward to the two new additions to the network.
Gardiner said the new appointments bring a wealth of expertise and will bolster the team, giving it a stronger foothold in the region.
“With Simon and Gerald bringing decades of experience and a proven track record of success across Port Phillip, we’re now perfectly positioned to assist more clients and drive even better outcomes,” he said.
The new appointments follow Jellis Craig’s commitment to expand its presence nationally.
Earlier this year, the network announced the integration of Ray White Glen Waverley into its Melbourne eastern suburbs operations, solidifying its position in the Monash region market.
Similarly, the expansion also follows the appointment of husband-and-wife duo, Adam and Emma Hicks, to Jellis Craig’s Moonee Valley & Kensington office, in a bid to strengthen the network’s position in the region.
