Stone Real Estate has announced a new Liverpool office in a bid to strengthen the brand’s footprint in the fast-growing western Sydney region.
The network has opened a new office to expand the brand’s presence in the Liverpool and Fairfield markets of western Sydney.
Stone Real Estate Liverpool will be led by co-principals Glen Craigie and Frank Bartolone, who together bring an established real estate career and a deep connection to the local western Sydney area.
The network said the opening of its latest office had come at a time of rapid growth for the Liverpool region, with the area’s highly anticipated Western Sydney International Airport set to bolster the market’s long-term investment and growth potential.
With over two decades of industry experience under his belt, Craigie – a “record-breaking strategist” – has carved out a reputation for market excellence across the Liverpool, Fairfield and Macarthur regions.
Similarly, with nearly three decades of experience, Bartolone’s local insights and client-focused service have delivered consistent sales results across the south-western Sydney region.
The brand said the high-performance sales and property management team under Craigie and Bartolone would be equipped to offer specialised services to a broad range of western Sydney buyers.
Head of franchise at Stone Real Estate, Luke Cameron, said the new Liverpool office under Craigie and Bartolone would strengthen the brand’s presence across the western Sydney growth corridor.
“Our new Liverpool office is not only a strategic addition to our network but also a timely one,’ Cameron said.
“This move allows us to better support the growing demand in south-western Sydney and further deliver our signature service and expertise to one of the country’s most dynamic property markets,” he concluded.
The opening is the latest development in a period of growth for Stone Real Estate, which recently welcomed Ray Talati as the co-principal of its Wahroonga Turramurra office on Sydney’s upper north shore.
