Laing+Simmons has announced the opening of its Angel Group office to solidify the brand’s presence in North Kellyville and Beaumont Hills, delivering on its plans for expansion.

An independent family business has transitioned to the Laing+Simmons brand, opening its new Angel Group office to cater for the growing community.

Formerly known as Angel Real Estate, the business will continue to service the North Kellyville and Beaumont Hills markets and plans to expand with additional offices in the future.

Principal Ashish Nanda, who runs Angel Group alongside partner Swapnil Nanda, said Angel Group’s plans for growth include new locations and expanding its team of experts.

“This growth corridor of Sydney is increasingly on the radar of first home buyers, particularly young families looking to establish a new lifestyle with easy access to quality schools,” he said.

“While there is also a considerable volume of larger homes available to suit the upgrader market at price points that are relatively affordable in a wider Sydney sense.”

Swapnil said that the decision to shift the independent family business to the Laing+Simmons network was in line with their ambitions for growth.

“Its point of difference is clear and from the very first conversation we had with the corporate team, it was apparent that supporting our growth was their top priority,” she said.

She also said the pair is well-supported by the Laing+Simmons head office, providing a transparent and straightforward approach.

“Laing+Simmons is a warm and welcoming brand which sits perfectly alongside who we are as a business, and we’re excited to commence this next chapter in the local community.”

Laing+Simmons’ head of people and growth, Jacqui Barnes, said that the Angel Group team represents the brand’s commitment to advancement and community-first connections.

“Ashish, Swapnil and the team are the best possible operators to represent our growing brand in this important growth corridor, and we warmly welcome them to the fold," Barnes concluded.
