Ayre Real Estate has joined forces with City Residential Property Surry Hills in a strategic move to bolster its services and solidify its presence in Sydney’s inner-city market.

Sydney apartment-focused agency Ayre Real Estate and independent agency City Residential Property Surry Hills have teamed up in a strategic acquisition to deliver on growth ambitions.

Ayre Real Estate will be commencing operations at the Surry Hills office as it further solidifies its commitment to delivering services in key urban areas.

It said that the acquisition is a union of two esteemed agencies that bring decades of experience and a sound knowledge of the inner-city property market.

“Clients of both agencies can expect a seamless transition and an even greater level of service and reach across the inner-city suburbs, with the new office dedicated to servicing Potts Point to Alexandria,” it said.

Ayre Real Estate founder and director, Adrian Wilson, said that the acquisition signifies an exciting step in the agency’s continued growth.

“City Residential Property has built a strong legacy and deep community ties particularly in Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, and Potts Point,” he said.

“We are proud to bring their clients into the Ayre family and continue raising the bar for apartment sales and property management in Sydney’s inner-city suburbs.”

Ayre Real Estate principal and director, Craig Donohue, said joining forces would allow the agency to increase its service offering to clients in one of Sydney’s most iconic precincts.

“Surry Hills and the inner east of the CBD is a natural fit for us, given the demand for quality apartments, our deep understanding of this market, and the existing client relationships we have already established in the area,” he said.

Director of City Residential Property, Kristian Nelson-Marshall, said the acquisition is a positive change for the team and its clients.

“Their apartment expertise, innovative systems, and award-winning marketing approach will benefit our clients and help us better service the growing demand in the area,” he concluded.
