Domain has partnered with a location intelligence provider to upgrade its Home Price Guide platform, allowing for high-quality aerial imagery and enhanced property insights.
Domain has partnered with local intelligence company Nearmap to provide Australians with an enhanced experience of its Home Price Guide (HPG) platform.
The upgrade will embed Nearmap’s high-resolution aerial imagery and real-time view of housing developments, urban sprawl, and property value shifts.
More than 5 million high-quality aerial images will be available to look at across metropolitan and regional Australia.
Additionally, the upgrade will also allow for greater visualisation of housing developments, new builds, and redevelopment activity.
Finally, there will be expanded valuation insights for more than 2.4 million properties.
Domain said the enhanced HPG solidifies the platform as one of the country’s most comprehensive and trusted platforms for property market intelligence.
“By embedding Nearmap aerial data directly into HPG, Domain is setting a new standard in digital property research, offering users a more up-to-date view of Australia’s property landscape, helping individuals, investors and agents make smarter, data-driven decisions,” it said.
Domain’s chief data and AI officer, Pooyan Asgari, said that property decisions are only as strong as the data behind them.
“By integrating Domain’s deep market intelligence with Nearmap aerial innovation, we empower Australians to track property values with sharper precision, assess opportunities more confidently, and navigate a rapidly evolving market with greater certainty,” he said.
Nearmap’s vice president of government and commercial for Australia and New Zealand, Rob Malkin, said that with the upgrade, the company’s aim is to be the “source of truth on the ground”.
“Through this partnership, millions of Australians will benefit from clearer, more detailed aerial insights, bringing transparency and confidence to everyday property decisions,” he said.
