Belle Property has opened a new office in Wagga Wagga as part of its ongoing regional growth strategy, with two former One Agency operators leading the branch.

Belle Property has announced the opening of Belle Property Wagga Wagga, led by Holly Newbigging and Harry Mangelsdorf, formerly of One Agency.

According to the network, Wagga Wagga presents strong long-term growth opportunities for both the owner-occupier and investor segments, underpinned by a diverse housing market and key infrastructure, including a major Australian Defence Force base, Charles Sturt University, and regional health services.

“We aim to become the region’s go-to real estate agency, renowned for trustworthiness, professionalism, and dedication to elevating the real estate experience,” Magelsdorf said. “The team is committed to setting new benchmarks in sales, customer service, and community engagement.”

Newbigging said the decision to join Belle was grounded in its established brand reputation.

“We have always admired Belle Property for its consistency in delivering excellence,” she added. “Opening this new office allows us to bring together the strength of a trusted national brand with deep local knowledge, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service possible.”

The Wagga Wagga launch comes days after the network announced that it was looking to consolidate its presence in Sydney’s prestigious Lower North Shore, with two new agents joining the Mosman office.

Gemma Simons, who has worked extensively in the Mosman market, has taken on her first listing with the network a Californian Bungalow at 113 Awaba Street, held by the same family for more than 25 years.

Simons said she was drawn to Belle’s collaborative culture and brand values, and saw the move as an opportunity to align with a team focused on high-quality service.

Also joining the Mosman office is Jessica Stubberfield, who has already completed her first sale with the agency. With experience in the Cremorne and Mosman markets, Stubberfield is now preparing to list a top-floor apartment in Cremorne Point.
