PMC Property Buyers has expanded to the Gold Coast, opening a new office to service one of Queensland’s fastest-growing regions.
Independent buyer’s agency PMC Property has announced its expansion to the Gold Coast, following widespread request after 11 years servicing Sydney and Brisbane.
The new team will be led by Chelsea Purcell, who has been a key member of the group for five years.
“Chelsea’s reputation, strong work ethic, and dedication to excellence make her the perfect fit to spearhead PMC’s newest venture,” the group said.
PMC said the move to the Gold Coast came after countless clients requested assistance with buying in the region over the years.
The group said the new office is positioned to offer a range of services to clients searching for new homes, investment properties, or lifestyle assets, including holiday homes.
“The Gold Coast has long been a point of interest for property buyers, not just for it’s sun, sand and surf, but largely due to the lifestyle the area offers,” it said.
“And we’re here to help navigate that market with the same trusted advice and personalised service we’ve become known for.”
PMC co-founder and director, James Freudigmann, said the group is excited to open its newest office.
“After 11 years as buyer’s agents in Sydney and Brisbane, and after multiple requests from clients searching for investments and lifestyle assets, we’re excited to announce that PMC has now officially opened our newest office at the Gold Coast,” he said.
Freudigmann added that Purcell had been a pivotal part of PMC for almost five years, praising her for her expertise.
“You only need to review the large number of client reviews that Chels has to get a clear understanding of the value that she brings to our clients’ buying journeys,” he concluded.
