Real estate group Harcourts has appointed Nadine Catley as the online training manager at its Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre (HRETC), as the company accelerates investment in digital education and professional development.

Catley joins with more than 25 years’ experience across sales and account management, and brings a background in personal development training, having spent five years working with at-risk youth.

In her new role, she will lead the design and delivery of online learning programs aimed at equipping students for long-term careers in real estate.

“Contributing and being a part of thinking of new and better ways to improve the learning experience, pushing boundaries, thinking outside the box – not just for external or Harcourts students, but also helping support and grow the team,” Catley said.

Founded by HRETC CEO, Irene Green, the centre delivers training to both new entrants and experienced agents across the network. Green said Catley had already been tasked with key digital initiatives.

“We value Nadine’s super skills in online education so much we threw her into a huge project her first four months on the job! As expected, the results are terrific,” Green said.

The appointment comes as Harcourts expands its national footprint, launching new offices in Brisbane and two sites in Adelaide in early August.
