NAI Harcourts Metro has bolstered its position within the commercial real estate industry and doubled its property management portfolio across Western Australia.
NAI Harcourts Metro has boosted its capabilities within industrial, office, and retail asset management through a strategic acquisition.
Following the acquisition of Darrell Crouch & Associates’ property management portfolio, the agency has relocated to an expansive, modern commercial business hub in West Perth.
The new location at the corner of Thomas Road and Prowse Street allows for high visibility to passing vehicles and better client accessibility.
Through the acquisition, NAI Harcourts Metro has also expanded its expertise, offering management, leasing, commercial sales, buyer’s advocacy, and medical and business broking services.
“Now in its impressive new business hub, with its expanding property management footprint and robust partnerships, NAI Harcourts Metro is committed to innovation and supporting the economic vitality of Western Australia,” the network said.
Managing director, Tony Romano, said acquiring the Darrell Crouch rent roll was a strategic move to enable the agency to grow while maintaining its familiar service.
“Our new West Perth office enhances client accessibility and fosters team collaboration,” he added.
“We are committed to meeting growing demand while maintaining our reputation for expert guidance.”
“We’re immensely proud of our team’s accomplishments and deeply grateful for the trust our clients place in us. This is just the beginning,” Romano said.
Harcourts Western Australia CEO, Shane Kempton, said it will be a significant advantage to have dedicated commercial specialists in the state to support residential agencies.
“Plus, the added exposure on the NAI global network positions NAI Harcourts Metro as the premier commercial brand in Western Australia,” he concluded.
