Harcourts Victoria has announced four new appointments, including two award-winning agents servicing Melbourne’s Greater Melton area.
Harcourts has made a move to strengthen its presence in Melbourne’s western suburbs, adding award-winning Melton real estate agents Mark and Martin Mintoff to the team.
The Mintoffs have established themselves as leading agents in the Greater Melton area and combine for more than a decade of experience.
Martin, who is the number one rated agent on RateMyAgent in the area, said he joined Harcourts due to their “approach to real estate and their commitment to agent success”.
“For me, the decision to join Harcourts was driven by their proven commitment to empowering their people and their dedication to creating meaningful contributions within the local community,” Martin said.
Mark said Harcourt’s culture was a “big draw” in the decision to make the move.
“We’re excited to leverage Harcourts’ resources and technology to better serve our clients,” Mark said.
Harcourts Australia CEO Adrian Knowles said the duo’s track record and client approach aligned with the network’s values.
“We’re confident they will thrive with the support of our national brand and on-the-ground resources,” Knowles said.
CEO of Harcourts Victoria, Adam Fiteni, said bringing the Mintoffs on board in Melbourne’s western suburbs showed the network’s commitment to becoming a leader in the market.
“Both Martin and Mark have demonstrated exceptional professionalism and success.
“With Harcourts’ innovative technology and support network at their disposal, I’m confident they’ll continue to deliver outstanding outcomes for their clients.”
Additionally, the Mintoffs have brought in their move to Harcourts key team members Sebastian Oberoi and David Nguyen, drawn by the opportunities and collaborative team environment.
“We’ve always believed in putting people at the heart of everything we do,” the Mintoffs said.
They said that joining Harcourts aligned with their philosophy, offering unmatched support, resources, and a collaborative culture focused on client service.
“Harcourts’ support will allow us to give back even more, through sponsorships, local initiatives, and community involvement,” the Mintoffs concluded.
