Global real estate network Century 21 is ramping up its presence in South Australia’s surging commercial real estate market, launching a new Adelaide office.

Century 21 Commercial Adelaide will be led by veteran agent Matt Lazarus, who has built his career exclusively in commercial real estate, and will operate out of the Adelaide CBD.

He will be joined by retail and business sales specialist Ronald Ozeri, who also brings expertise in property technology.

“South Australia has a strong and growing commercial property market. Like other Australian markets, our market is transforming with the evolving economy and I believe it’s as important as ever for commercial agents to be across the plethora of submarkets within the commercial sector,” Lazarus said.

“I’m passionate about elevating the standard of commercial property marketing and ensuring every asset is presented with a high level of care and a thoughtful strategy. Strategic marketing is a key strength of our team, and a core focus will be on positioning and promoting our properties to the right audience be they in South Australia, broader Australia or across Asia.

“We choose to join Century 21 due to the power, reach and recognition inherent in the brand. We see these factors as large competitive advantages in a South Australian market that attracts a lot of international buyers and is increasingly competitive.”

Century 21 chairman Charles Tarbey said commercial property was ripe with opportunity for agents who could adapt to new trends, including the shift to remote work and the expansion of e-commerce.

“Agents that understand these shifts and the changing nuances within the commercial sector will be highly sought after moving forward,” he said.

“I am delighted that Matt and his team have chosen to join Century 21, and I believe their singular focus on commercial real estate will help them continue to succeed in the South Australian market.”
