The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has rolled out the red carpet for the nation’s top-achieving real estate agents, celebrating the 2025 Top 100 Agents at a special event in Sydney.

On 31 July, CBA hosted members of the Real Estate Business’ (REB) Top 100 at its offices, recognising the extraordinary results delivered by agents across Australia’s residential property market during a year of shifting economic conditions.

In a move that underscores its commitment to the real estate sector, the bank will personally visit the Top 100 Agents who were unable to attend the Sydney celebration, congratulating them in person for their outstanding achievements.

The annual Top 100 Agents ranking, compiled by REB and now in its 14th year, is widely regarded as the industry’s benchmark for individual agent performance.

In 2025, Australia’s top performers sold 11,710 properties, with the top 10 alone transacting 1,559 properties. Combined, the Top 100 sold $25.8 billion worth of property, marking a 15.18 per cent increase on the previous year.

The ranking recognises agents who consistently outperform in both listings and sales volumes while maintaining exceptional client service, even amid fluctuating buyer sentiment, rising prices, and competitive market pressures.

Average properties sold by the Top 100 rose from 111 in 2024 to 117 in 2025, while average sale prices climbed 5.57 per cent to $2,410,580. The top 10 agents averaged $3,384,747 per sale, up 2.15 per cent year-on-year.

NSW dominated the 2025 list, claiming nine of the top 10 positions, with one Victorian agent breaking into the upper echelon.

Kerryn Saward, general manager of transaction growth and propositions at CBA, congratulated this year’s high achievers, saying: “The Top 100 Agents represent the very best in Australian real estate. Their results speak to a deep commitment to their clients and their craft.

“We look forward to connecting personally with every member of the Top 100, supporting them in their continued success, and celebrating the impact they have in communities nationwide.”

REB managing editor of real estate, Liam Garman, said the 2025 ranking reinforced the strength and resilience of the real estate industry.

“The agents featured in this year’s Top 100 have delivered exceptional results in the face of evolving market dynamics and rising buyer expectations,” Garman said.

“Their ability to perform at the highest level year after year is a testament to their professionalism, expertise, and unwavering focus on client outcomes.”
