A real estate agent in NSW’s north has avoided conviction after pleading guilty to a charge of vandalism against a competitor’s branding.
A young real estate agent in Tamworth has pleaded guilty to causing up to $1,000 worth of damage to another local agent’s branding.
Originally reported in the Northern Daily Leader, the agent defaced the signboard of a competitor spray painting “c**t” on a bus shelter.
Samuel Hill was due to be sentenced but had the matter adjourned to compile a medical report, and have the matter tried under mental health legislation.
The Northern Daily Leader now reports that he escaped conviction.
The former cyclist joined Burke & Smyth in December, which was acquired by McGrath and Knight Frank.
He previously worked at Southwell, according to his LinkedIn profile.
