Since launching on the URBAN X platform, STRUD Property has achieved growth in Ipswich, standing out in Brisbane’s competitive south-west real estate market.

STRUD Property, which launched as an independent agency just over three years ago in partnership with real estate platform URBAN X, recorded over $10 million in gross commission income (GCI) in the last financial year.

The agency has grown from $1 million in GCI prior to launching STRUD Property to now achieving a 127 per cent growth in GCI, with more than 350 properties sold since its launch.

After starting from scratch, the property management arm of the business is now also showing signs of growth, with close to 400 properties under management.

STRUD Property principal, Jordan Strudwick, said his agency’s success can be attributed to the support he received from the URBAN X platform, which frees his time to focus on his clients and staff.

“URBAN X takes care of the majority of my backend tasks, giving me more time to focus on growing my business,” Strudwick said.

“They give me the support I need to ensure that all my clients are getting the best service and experience.”

Strudwick said that the freedom presented by URBAN X was what initially prompted him to make the switch from his former franchise group to the platform.

“My values didn’t align under the franchise model,” Strudwick said.

CEO and co-founder of URBAN X, Dan Argent, said that Strudwick’s focus on positive relationships extends not only to clients, but also to his team.

“Jordan has built an amazing business, and this is abundantly clear through the interactions you have with his staff – they are all so engaged and motivated to do their best, that this creates even more success in its own right,” said Argent.

“As an agent and a leader, you need to be all about building personal relationships, rather than simply achieving another transaction.

“The platform we’ve built at URBAN X allows our partners like Jordan to focus on building those relationships and providing excellent service, while doing what they do best in listing and selling property,” Argent concluded.
