Veteran real estate agent and auctioneer Stephen Venn has returned to Harcourts after a year away, bringing four decades of real estate experience back to the network.
Harcourts South Australia has welcomed back veteran agent and auctioneer Stephen Venn to the network with the Harcourts Sheppard team.
Venn had spent 20 years as a part of the Harcourts network and now returns following a 12-month stint away.
Harcourts said that Venn’s return shows that the network’s culture and support have been a key factor in why agents return.
With a career in real estate spanning back to 1987, Venn has developed a desirable set of skills ranging from building a boutique family business to managing franchise operations.
Over the span of his four-decade career, Venn has landed multiple awards, including the REISA Salesperson of the Year and Golden Gavel and multiple industry top 10 rankings.
“I’m excited to be back with Harcourts, where the focus on delivering exceptional results for clients aligns perfectly with my own values,” Venn said.
“It is such a great group and a great fit for me.”
Harcourts South Australia CEO, Heather Edwards, sees the return of Venn, a champion for mental health initiatives and supporter of local sports, as not just a win for Harcourts, but for the community he serves.
“Having an agent of Stephen’s calibre return to the network is a significant moment for us.
“It reinforces that our innovative, client-centric model is the best environment for top professionals to thrive.”
“We are absolutely delighted to have him back,” Edwards concluded.
